This enclosure is designed to fit inside a standard 3.5" drive bay plus it adds protection to your hard drive against damage from shock and vibration, the 2.5" Snap-In SP also comes with a lock mechanism to lock down the drive door.

One drive slot to accommodate any 2.5" SATA I / II / III hard drive or SSD of 9mm - 9.5mm height.
Installs into standard 3.5" drive bay or 5 1/4" drive bay with optional adapter bracket (model: AAMK35)
Shock mounted drive tray to protect hard drive against shock and vibration damage.
Key lock on drive door to lock the drive in place
Easy insertion and removal of hard drive without any tool or mounting screws.
Sturdy steel construction.
LEDs for power and drive activity.
Supports hot swap (when connected to a controller with this feature)
